Privacy Policy

At Vazmonte S.R.L. we treat your personal data with the same rigour that we manage our investors' contributions. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights under Law No. 164 and the other Bolivian regulations applicable in 2026.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the information we need for each purpose: (a) contact data (name, email, phone) submitted through the form; (b) identification data and supporting documents required by anti-money-laundering rules when you open an investor account; (c) technical data such as IP address, browser type or navigation events when you consent to analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to answer your enquiries, assess your investor profile, comply with our know-your-customer duties (KYC/AML), send you information about new funding rounds when you request it and perform aggregated measurements that help us improve the service.
4. Legal basis
The applicable legal bases are your consent, the performance of the investment contract when applicable, compliance with legal obligations and Vazmonte's legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving the platform.
5. Retention
Data derived from the form is kept for a maximum of 24 months if no contractual relationship is established. Data linked to investment operations is retained for the periods required by the applicable financial regulation, typically ten years after the end of the relationship.
6. Processors and international transfers
We work with carefully selected technology and audit providers, including hosting, transactional email, web analytics and identity verification services. When any of them is located outside Bolivia we require contractual clauses that provide equivalent data protection guarantees.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, objection, portability, restriction or deletion by writing to privacidad@vazmonte.com. We reply within thirty calendar days at the most and, if you are not satisfied, you can contact the Government Electronic Agency and ICT Authority (AGETIC).
8. Security
We apply encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication for access to critical systems, annual reviews by external auditors and physical controls at our offices and data centres.
9. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page together with the effective date. If the change materially affects your rights we will let you know by email at least thirty days in advance.
